On our keyboard there is a "ß". It's on the same key as "?"
I guess German is very hard to learn. I do translation studys and some of my friends have been learning German for 4 years and still have struggles. But your mother tongue is Dutch, isn't it? If so, it should be much easier for you to learn German. :-)
