Dear users,
We want to address recent concerns regarding leaked screenshots of private conversations and internal tools shared by a former moderator of our platform, and the possibility of more leaks to come. We understand that those screenshots leaked may have caused confusion and concern among our community, and we want to set the record straight.

Firstly, we want to assure you that we have been aware of these screenshots for some time now and we are also aware that there may be more leaked screenshots that have not yet been made public. We, as the CEO and core staff, have been in ongoing dialogue with the individuals who shared these screenshots before they were made public. We reassured them that internal action had been taken, and we have not ignored their concerns. We have thoroughly examined every point and dealt with any issues accordingly.

However, it is important to understand that these screenshots do not necessarily provide the full picture of the situation. We acknowledge that some comments were inappropriate regardless of the context, but they have been dealt with accordingly. Several moderators and an admin team member are no longer working with or for us, warnings have been issued, and new rules are to be implemented every minute now. These updated rules are to be more clear guidelines for behavior on our platform aiming to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all. We expect everyone to follow these rules.

We have not shared this information with you until now due to the sensitive nature of the situation and the privacy of the people involved.
Moving on, we understand that there have been concerns regarding the content of our internal moderator chat. We would like to clarify that the chat is a platform where moderators can discuss work-related issues with each other. Every moderator and staff member had access to the chat, but it does not mean that they were always aware of or condoned what was being said. The chat can have a high volume of messages daily, ranging from 20 to 2000, which makes it impossible for every moderator or admin personnel to keep track of everything being written. Having said that, we want to emphasize that we take the content of our internal moderator chat seriously and have recently implemented new guidelines for our moderators to follow. These guidelines not only outline what is and is not appropriate behavior. We want to ensure that all of our moderators are held responsible to the same high standards and that our chat is a professional and respectful space for work-related discussions. We hope that these new guidelines will help us continue to provide a safe and positive experience for all of our users.

Lastly, we would also like to clarify the issue of account deletion. We refer to our previous post, which states that the screenshots contain doxxing, as they share pictures and real-life names of individuals. We can only inform the person who has been deleted why their account was terminated. If they want an explanation, we ask that they reach out to us at [email protected].

In addition, we would like to remind our users that goSupermodel is not a platform for creating petitions that directly attack our users. If you have information that you believe needs to be brought to our attention, please send it to us directly instead of posting it publicly on goSupermodel. We thoroughly investigate all cases and situations presented to us to ensure that we have all the necessary context before taking action. However, if the situation involves users, we cannot disclose more information than "We have looked at it and taken the necessary precautions" or "We have looked at it and could not find any evidence" to respect their privacy.

We understand that recent events may have caused confusion and concern among our community. We want to assure you that we take these matters seriously and are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users of our platform. If you witness any behavior that violates our rules or guidelines, we encourage you to report it online or send an email to [email protected]. This includes reporting both users, moderators as well as staff members who violate our rules. We take any violation of these rules seriously and will take appropriate action immediately.

ja wenn ich mod wäre könnte ich ganz gsm f*cken wenn ich wollen würde aber bin regular user also werde ich bestraft wenn ich schon nur daran denke nicht auf englisch zu schreiben >< so ein cooles team auf gsm wirklich
